COMPLAINT HANDLING PROCEDURE
Dear customers, in case you are forced to use the form above, we apologize in advance for the problems you have incurred.
  1. Fill in the complaint protocol and send it to us online, post or e-mail.
  2. Within 3 days at the latest, we will confirm to your e-mail that we have received the complaint and at the same time inform you of the assigned ERC (complaint number).
  3. Send us back the defective goods, including a copy of the delivery note on which to write the assigned ERC.
  4. If the complaint is acknowledged, we will send you a repaired or new product or issue you a credit note.
